Architectural projects
ATELIER PS architectural studio was founded by two graduates of the Faculty of Architecture of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, architects Mirosław Polak and Marek Skwara. After internships in Sweden, Great Britain, the USA and Germany, they have been active in Poland in locations in Katowice and Warsaw for over 30 years. This has been the time to gain a wealth of experience and achieve many professional goals. Atelier PS creates individual, innovative projects that are recognized both in Poland and abroad.
The office is located in Katowice and has completed over 300 projects. Many of them have been appreciated by the Main Board of the Association of Polish Architects SARP and it's Branches in Katowice and Krakow, and have been successful both in national and international architectural competitions. They were exhibited at foreign exhibitions in London, Chicago, Berlin, Paris and Venice.
Our projects
If you want to see works created in the ATELIER PS architectural office, it is worth checking the projects tab. It comprises both visualizations and photos of our projects. Many have been provided with descriptions that allow for a deeper understanding of the concept. Our projects include residential buildings, office buildings, university facilities, car showrooms, shopping and service centers, offices and sacral buildings, public and private interiors. Among them you can find: High Doors House in Katowice, Rector's Office of the University of Silesia and facilities of the University of Technology in Katowice, Toyota, Skoda and BMW showrooms, Honda in Katowice, Caterpillar facilities and many other buidlings of contemporary architecture and more. With our work, we are able to create extraordinary projects, as well as breathe completely new life into already existing ones. Just like the restored interiors of the brewery in the Donnesmarck Palace, or the interiors of the St. Barbara Bastion at Jasna Góra. Each project is unique and tailored to the individual character of a given place.
