A swimming pool and spa were added several years later, to the house rebuilt in the 1990s, located near the city center. The entire complex is surrounded by busy arteries and adjacent buildings, but it is a green enclave that is difficult to penetrate from the outside. Thanks to this, it becomes a green island in the urban landscape. The structure of the building consists of naturally formed wooden poles and exposed beams and rafters of the roof that resemble masts and beams of exclusive yachts and historic ships. Water / nautical connotations are strengthened by use of yacht lines, tensions, turnbuckles and iron fittings in the construction of stairs and barriers. The mezzanine decks with elements of exotic wood resemble captain's bridge
