The twisted, densely built-up house is formed in such a way as to maximize the sense of intimacy of life inside and on the trapezoidal plot, unfortunately served from the south. The sheltered terrace under the balcony, accessible from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom, allows for everyday use, even on rainy days. And as confirmed by several months of experience, it effectively protects the household members against the dominant north-west winds. The body of the building is open to the southern, garden part of the plot, allowing owners to enjoy the values of the preserved and newly planted greenery, and the sun reach all the rooms on the ground floor and on the first floor. An additional terrace on the roof of the garage, together with a balcony, constitutes an intimate extension of the fitness area and additional bedroom rooms with an exclusive bathroom lounge.
