The facility was designed as an office and research center with a two-storey underground car park and a commercial ground floor. Inside the office part there is a patio covered with a glass roof, constituting an internal recreational courtyard that visually and functionally integrates the spaces of offices located in the building. The building uses a gas trigeneration system for the production of heat, cooling and electricity in combination with a photovoltaic facade and roof.
